THE DECISION-REVIEW API

Before your agent acts,
make the next step clear.

Give your team a reviewable next step, with a record of why it was selected. DeltaX reviews the options your workflow supplies and returns a selection or a clear refusal. Your application keeps control of execution.

ONE RELEASE. TWO WAYS TO HANDLE IT.

A score proposes.
A review makes the boundary clear.

A release agent suggests publishing, but the supplied security evidence is incomplete. Here is what an explicit review adds to that handoff.

A RANKED PROPOSAL ALONE

“Publish” has the highest score.

The ranking does not tell your application whether publishing belongs inside the review boundary.

  • Eligibility is left for the application to resolve.
  • A score alone does not explain why another step was chosen.
  • The application still needs a deliberate stop path.
WITH DELTAX EVALUATE

“Review missing evidence” is selected.

External-action candidates remain visible, but cannot become the selected review step.

  • Review gates separate eligible steps from external actions.
  • The result includes gate decisions and a trace receipt.
  • If no eligible step remains, return a governed refusal.

YOUR FIRST STEP IS ALREADY PUBLIC

Start with the rules.
Add review when you need it.

Preflight checks a proposed action against explicit policy and evidence. Use it in your MCP host, a pull request workflow, or your own application—without a DeltaX account.

WHY DELTAX EXISTS

A proposal should
come with a reason.

AI workflows can produce plenty of plausible next steps. The harder question is what your application should do with them: which options fit the review boundary, what happens when none do, and what record remains for the person who has to understand the decision later.

DeltaX is built around making that handoff explicit. Preflight checks proposals against owner-controlled rules and evidence. When a separate selection step is useful, Evaluate reviews a finite set of candidates and returns a bounded result with a trace. Your application retains its permissions, approvals, and execution.

The starting point is deliberately practical: one workflow, one review boundary, and an outcome your team can inspect. Try the public examples, read the contract, and bring us a handoff you want to make clearer. That is the conversation the free access program is designed to start.
